We believe that HR work is fun! We are passionate HR generalists and approach our projects with great enthusiasm (and sometimes with lots of coffee ;-)).
We don't need fixed working hours or locations. Depending on the project we're working on, a workplace in our office, at home, or on-site at our client's premises is suitable.
We work on many projects together and regularly exchange information about them.

An external HR department only works as a team.

Our compass meeting is our joint weekly planning session and the start of the weekend.
