For example, you can get HR Business Partner services starting from €95.00 (net).


FUNDING OPPORTUNITIES

Who is eligible for funding?

All companies already operating in the market can receive funding for the costs of business consulting from the third year after their founding, in order to supplement and deepen their business potential and their operational skills.


Startups can receive subsidies for consulting costs in the first two years after their founding.


What is being funded?

We are listed as an accredited consulting firm with the BAFA (Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control). Therefore, under certain conditions, the portion of our services relating to consulting on the following topics may be eligible for funding:

  • Consulting on securing skilled workers (personnel development concepts, further training concepts, strategies for personnel recruitment, personnel marketing concepts, etc.)
  • Advice on reconciling family and career (working time models, new work approaches, etc.)
  • Age-appropriate design of work (company health management, partial retirement concepts, mental health programs, etc.)



How much funding is available?

Maximum eligible consulting fee: €3,000

Maximum eligible consulting time: 5 working days

Funding rate: 50%


Further information

The application for consulting subsidies must be submitted BEFORE the consultation. Startups are required to attend a free initial consultation with a regional partner (e.g., Chamber of Industry and Commerce).
