GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS
FOR HR WORKSHOPS AND HR SEMINARS
1. SCOPE
These conditions apply to all open training courses offered by HR Crew GmbH.
2. REGISTRATION
Registration is exclusively via the form on the HR Crew GmbH website (www.hr-crew.de) and is binding. As the number of participants is limited, registrations will be considered in the order they are received. You will receive a confirmation of registration after submitting your application.
3. PARTICIPATION FEES
All prices quoted are subject to statutory VAT. The participation fee is due on the payment date specified in the invoice. The event fee includes participation in the event, a catering package (water, coffee, tea, snacks, cold lunch), comprehensive materials (the distribution of these materials to third parties, whether in original form, as copies, in excerpts, or through any presentation of their content, requires the express written consent of HR Crew GmbH), and a certificate of participation. Any accommodation and travel expenses are not included in the price.
4. Substitute participation, rebooking, cancellation
It is always possible to nominate a substitute participant for the booked appointment free of charge.
Rescheduling to an alternative date or a different event is also possible free of charge up to four weeks before the event date. This must be done in writing via email to info@hr-crew.de.
Cancellation of the contract must also be made in writing. In this case, the following costs will apply:
- There are no costs for cancellations made up to 4 weeks before the start of the event.
- For cancellations made 4 weeks or less before the start of the event, or in case of no-show, 100% of the participation fee will be charged.
For the cancellation to be considered timely, the date of receipt of the written declaration (via email) by HR Crew GmbH is decisive. Please remember to cancel any hotel and travel bookings you may have. Additional costs may be incurred.
5. GUARANTEE OF FREE REBOOKING DUE TO LEGAL REGULATIONS (COVID-19)
Should it not be possible to hold the event due to legal changes, such as the introduction of contact restrictions, you will be automatically informed by us and can rebook free of charge for the next possible date.
6. CANCELLATION OF EVENTS
The minimum number of participants for our events is 4 people. We reserve the right to cancel the event due to insufficient demand or number of participants. Any participation fees already paid will of course be refunded.
In the event of cancellation due to trainer illness, delayed or prevented arrival, force majeure (strikes, natural disasters, etc.), or other significant organizational reasons, there is no entitlement to the event taking place. In the case of temporary trainer absence, HR Crew GmbH will schedule a replacement date; in the case of permanent cancellation, you will, of course, receive a full refund of the seminar fees.
Further liability and claims for damages, except those relating to injury to life, body or health, are excluded unless caused by our intent or gross negligence. Please also note this for hotel rooms, flights or train tickets you have booked.
Any further claims are excluded.
7. RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES
HR Crew GmbH is entitled, if necessary, to replace the designated trainers with other persons of equal qualification in the subject matter and reserves the right to make necessary organizational, content-related and methodological changes (e.g., adaptation to current topics).
8. WORK EQUIPMENT
All documents provided by HR Crew GmbH are protected by copyright. Any editing, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited without the consent of HR Crew GmbH. The documents provided as part of the training are prepared to the best of our knowledge and belief. However, no liability or warranty is assumed for the accuracy, timeliness, completeness, or quality of the content.
9. JURISDICTION
The general place of jurisdiction for all claims arising from the contractual relationship is Halle/Westf., the registered office of HR Crew GmbH.
