8:30 – Coffee, please! To start the day, I grab a pick-me-up at our coffee bar. Our coffee machine does its best and conjures up my drink in my cup. A quick chat with colleagues, grab a cookie, and off I go!

8:45 a.m. – At the office. I'm greeted by Vincent at the office. Vincent is Caro's dog and a regular member of the crew. A few pats and treats later, I check my emails and calendar: my clients are piling up tasks, and there's been quite a bit of activity in my applicant inbox as well. Later, I have a virtual interview, and this afternoon I have a client meeting. So, there's plenty to do! Business as usual, then ;-) 9:30 a.m. – Onward! To keep track of my various clients and my tasks, I organize my to-do list: what did I complete yesterday? What needs to be finished today? Does anyone have any input or feedback for me? Which appointments need to be coordinated?

11:20 – Online Interview Ten minutes before the actual start of the interview, I log in to conduct a quick technical check with the applicant. We can hear and see each other, and the connection is stable. Perfect conditions for a successful interview. 12:45 – Lunch Break Lunch with my colleagues, a chat with Vincent, and maybe an espresso? I definitely have to grab a cookie. The last one today…I promise!

2:00 PM – Client Meeting Today's topics are "Personnel Development" and "Leadership." I'm working to determine the client's needs as precisely as possible and discussing various strategic approaches with them. It quickly becomes clear that the client needs our support in conducting employee performance reviews. No problem: we have several templates ready, so we can start implementation quickly. We'll get started next week, and the client is thrilled! 5:30 PM – Done! Another exciting day completed, many small successes, and plenty of opportunities to build on them in the coming days and weeks. Let's see what awaits us with the crew tomorrow. Time to call it a day!
