# YOUR FUTURE TO-DOS

• Consulting and support for small and medium-sized enterprises in operational and strategic HR work: HR administration, recruiting, HR strategy, HR marketing & employer branding, HR development
• Independent handling of customer projects and workshops/trainings on HR topics
• Participation in HR Crew-internal projects, such as preparation of workshops and team events, customer campaigns, blog posts, social media activities.

# YOU HAVE...

• ...a completed degree in business administration with a focus on human resources, business psychology or a comparable qualification (preferably with further training as a human resources officer, human resources developer or human resources specialist).
• ...at least 3 years of professional experience in human resources.
• ...a quick grasp of concepts, high motivation and a strong service mentality.
• ...an independent work style and a high level of social competence.
• ...Enjoyment of varied tasks and current HR topics!
