# YOUR FUTURE TO-DOS
- Responsible handling of employee payroll tasks for our clients
- Planning, management and control of monthly wage and salary payments, taking into account all tax and social security regulations as well as all special tasks, e.g. special payments, annual financial statements, salary decision preparations
- Provision and optimization of services for the supported employees, such as advice and certificates, evaluations, communication interfaces, etc.
- Participation in HR Crew-internal projects, such as the preparation of workshops and team events.
# YOU HAVE...
- a completed commercial apprenticeship, e.g. tax clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or similar
- at least 3 years of professional experience in payroll accounting
- Experience in managing payroll systems (e.g., SAP HCM, Datev)
- a quick grasp of concepts, high motivation and a strong service mentality
- an independent work style and a high level of social competence
